"A City Without Anyone" is a book that Motosuwa-kun bought if for Chii when she first went to a bookstore, he actually went there to buy a new dictionary, due that he forgot to bring it with him, and left it at home. But when he saw Chii so interested with that book, he decided to buy it for her. "A City Without Anyone" isn't a normal book, it's kind a magical.. It effects on Chii, when Chii read it, she felt lonely, and magic effects on her, that was the first appearing of the "Dark Chii", but in the 5th episode she just felt it, The Dark Chii haven't shown yet... Here is what was written in "A City without Anyone", The first one is the English translation of the book, and the 2nd at the bottom is the Italian Translation:

In that city, there wasn't anyone...

There were houses, and you could see lighting shining through the window...

But on the roads there wasn't anyone..

I looked though a window,

There was a person...

But he was with 'that'...

I looked into another house..

As expected he was with that..

But that's because is being with 'that' is fun,

More fun than being with other people..

No one is going outside anymore..

In this city, there isn't anyone..

I'm going out on a journey..

A journey to another city...

I hope someone just for me will find me there...

But if that person becomes attached to me and me only

Then it will be time for the two of us to part..

But I still want to me someone just for me..

Thinking that, I travel on to another empty city.....
